• Your friend or family member will complete the “Referred Customer” section and give this form to an EZ Money employee during their first loan transaction.
• We will mail you a $20 Visa gift card. You will receive a $20 gift card each time you refer a friend or family member who conducts a qualifying advance during their first visit to EZ Money.
